    About Liverpool Pride

This annual event, organised by the LCR Pride Foundation, has grown into a major celebration. The march itself started small but has become a powerful symbol of unity, attracting a record-breaking 25,000 participants in 2024!  This year promises to be even bigger, with a city-wide pride campaign and a fun-filled festival alongside the march.

    Liverpool Pride Parade

The march kicks off at St. George's Hall Plateau and winds its way through the city centre, ending at the famous Waterfront. If you're traveling by car, the nearest car park is St. John's Shopping Centre. If you're taking the train, the march starts just outside Lime Street Station. The closest bus hub, meanwhile, is the Queen Square Bus Interchange, only two minutes away from the meeting point.

What to Expect in Liverpool Pride

This year's event features a march through the city centre, a free festival at the waterfront Pier Head and even an open-air concert. After the Pride March, Pride in Liverpool festival begins! Headliners and other performers will be announced closer to the event date.

Was in Liverpool on the 27th of July with my wife we were actually going to a music festival at Croxteth country park but when we came out of Lime Street Station we saw the parade and decided to hang around for a while - we enjoyed it very much, it was good.
