I'm very nervous but would like to go any advice for first timers?

The staff will do their best to make sure you have a great time!

This sauna is spotlessly clean ..and puts BRIGHTON and PLEASUREDOME WATERLOO to shame..Good selection of guys with no attitude problems..The staff are friendly and welcoming only negative aspect it closes at 9pm..

So please ME1 has opened its had a fresh lick of paint, I wend early in the week, it was a busy afternoon. Very happy at the outcum:-) but cum-on Rochester guys, there has to be more tops in town.

I've often looked at ME1 and thought that doesn't look that great, and steered way, but after all this time in lockdown and ME1 was the only sauna i could find open i gave it a go. What a surprise, clean, modern and well decorated, loads of places to do stuff. I was only their for a short while, but had fun in the lounge and swing room, being told at the end of it welcome to ME1:-) I will be back, loved it. But note to the owners you are doing yourselves no favours with your website, it should be showcasing your brilliant sauna

Visited on naked Wednesday, great staff, spotlessly clean, had so much fun I needed a rest! I’ll be back

Good to see the sauna has reopened. But I see it has restricted areas. So being a little naive what is there to do while you are there if the saunas and steam rooms are closed.

I have been coming to the sauna for some time. It's always nice and clean and very friendly. Coffee and tea very nice. Always meet some nice guys here.

I love going to the sauna, staff are very friendly and i hope that the sauna will reopen after all this.

I went to ME1 for the first time a week ago. It was Wednesday and therefore 'no towel' day! Staff very friendly, laid out over 3 floors. Excellent showers, jacuzzi, steam room and sauna, cabins and a dark room - all being used. There's a lounge area, where tea, and cold drinks are all provided for free. Hot snacks can be purchased. It was very busy for the few hours. I was there and the guys I spoke with were all friendly. I'll definitely be going back!

The staff are very friendly and helpful and although it's not the best sauna I've been to, it is the only local one. Easy to get to and although it's not completely clean, the staff do try their best. Few bad points, smoking area is very small with not a lot of seats and not heated, the hottub was more of a cool tub and even though the food tasted good, I prefer having a menu to choose from, the staff were very nice though and just asked what I fancied and the food did taste very good (even though food isn't the reason people go but still a nice surprise). Locals aren't great and some are complete ***** but can't blame the sauna for that. Think another visit is in order to get a proper feel for the place but overall, I would give the place a 5 maybe 6 out of 10. Not the best but the best (only) local enough for me.

Recently went here on a Sunday afternoon for my first visit to a gay sauna. I knew some friends were going so felt confident about turning up on my own. I was totally impressed with how professional and hygienic the place was. Great facilities, friendly atmosphere, met some great men and definitely will be returning very soon, definitely worth the 90 minutes drive from my place.

Very clean and friendly, I especially enjoyed the sling.

Can any one tell me exactly what happens here? Like is it just chats and sauna or action, etc?

We have been 4 times to the bi nights and although it's a gay sauna, it really caters for the bisexual couples. We have had great fun there and the guys are very approachable, some great fun in the darkroom And glory holes. Highly recommend.

Very friendly and welcoming staff and chilled customers. There were one or two of the usual idiots who can't take no for an answer. Facilities were excellent and very hygienic, although some selfish clients can't clean up after themselves. Very nice touch to have complimentary coffee and water available outside the sauna/steam room as well as in the lounge. I went on naked Saturday and had a very pleasant visit with a couple of hook-ups. I think this would be a great place for you if you've never been to a gay sauna before, although having visited this one, you're likely to be disappointed by the others!

Nice clean and friendly Venue! Some hanger on's but if ignored do not present problems to casual fun! Would definitely recommend to others and regularly bring a friend who also loves the place. will keep visiting if only for the steam room etc.

I had heard about this sauna from friends and eventually plucked up the courage to go there on my own. I went on a Monday at opening time. Friendly staff welcomed me and showed me around, gave me my locker key and a towel and off i went. Had some great fun in the pool and dark room and came away at 2pm very satisfied and would really rate this place highly for welcome, fun and environment. Cant wait to go again.

Been a few times and found facilities and staff helpful and accommodating. A good cross section of ages. Brilliant
