Sweatbox is an award-winning gay sauna in Soho, the heart of London's West End. Surrounded by 21 gay bars (all within a 9-minute walk or less), it's no wonder Sweatbox is rated as London's busiest gay sauna.

The sprawling venue includes a fully equipped gym, 20+ capacity jacuzzi, corridors of private cabins (no extra charge), 3 furnished cabins to hire, infra-red sauna and host to London's only gay steam maze and foam parties. Their weekly events (included in the entry fee) include the naked workouts, mid-week foam parties, in addition to their long-running Hard Up Monday & Thursday (where under 25s get in for free – must be over 18 for entry).

Sweatbox prides itself as the only gay-owned establishment (listed on a platform) to support the wellbeing of our heroes on the frontline. It was the first gay sauna to close in London to protect its customers and staff before the pandemic erupted. And, it was the last sauna in London to open following government guidelines. Sweatbox finally re-opened when it was entirely safe to do so.

E15 Club is located in Stratford, close to the Olympic Stadium and easily accessible via the Central or Jubilee underground lines or DLR.

Ground floor facilities include a huge jacuzzi, steam room, dry sauna and café. The 2nd floor is reserved for private restrooms, and the basement is a dark room and video lounge.

Regular themed nights include 'Bears Night' on the first Thursday of every month. Free WiFi available.

It's about a 20-minute walk from Stratford station but just a few minutes from Maryland station.

Covent Garden Health Spa is premier London male-only sauna for gay & bi men. Features include a steam room, sauna, open-plan showers, large jacuzzi, video room and private cabins.

Saunabar is a small gay sauna offering discrete services.  A range of massage options are available, including back & Shoulder, Indian Head, Reflexology, Sports & Swedish massage. Head to the steam room for some action.

This dual-role sauna & TV club venue (gay & bi sauna 7 days a week - excluding Thursday and Saturday nights when it becomes 'Legs 800' TV and admirers club).

Facilities include a sauna, steam room, bar & coffee area, lounge, dark rooms, video lounge, private restrooms. There's no sign on the building, but the number 800 is easy to spot, as is the blacked-out shopfront windows.
