I cannot believe this place is still trading? In thirty years it has constantly reinvented itself and changed it's name. All to no avail. Save your £22.00...…

2019 was the last time I was there. The only time I have ever had a negative experience was when one of the guys in the sauna told me it wasn't a place for old guys i.e. 80 years old like me. Otherwise, the staff, the masseurs and the clientele were great. Can't wait for that younger guy to turn 80 and see how the gay world is treating him.

The staff at this sauna is rude to tourists. On the photos the place seems to be big but it is very small and everything is charged, even the towel. To avoid.

This is a nice and relaxed space. Its very clean and comfortable. The staff the evening i went werr really friendly and down to earth. Recommend

Why do they keep changing the name of this place ? Avoid regardless of title ....

Went for the first time last week and have been back twice since. New to the whole spa scene, so not sure what I was expecting but pleasantly surprised. Facilities good and staff on hand to regular clean. Certainly a selection of guys there when I went and not pushy at all. Will be back soon.

I went to this sauna yesterday for the first time. I was a little concern about the comments on their staff. It’s true, they are polite and correct, but not extremely friendly. However, to keep a gay sauna as clean and nice as they do, you need to have a little bit of attitude, to avoid customers to trash the place little by little. I had a really good time, men of all ages and preferences. Definitively going back.

I came here with a friend earlier this week, after reading reviews from 2017 wasn’t expecting too much. What I can say is that I found the staff friendly and helpful. The facilities were clean and all functional. I arrived around 4:30pm and it was very busy and we stayed until about 10:30pm. My friend I and had a great time with a number of the other guys in the sauna. It is a little small but everything you need is there, and it’s clean so I was happy. I would defiantly go back. I noticed they had a poster for events - the receptionist guy also pointed out to me. Maybe I will check them out. Had a really great time, you should try it.

I am a newcomer so I hoped to get the low down on where and how facilities are. But nothing. The locker won’t lock until someone explains about a disc on the back of the door. Are there beds there? I didn’t find any. Facilities working OK but an atmosphere of newcomers need to discover things themselves. When I asked where the showers, a staff greeted me with derision since I was already near them, but did not know. I will not go back.

Been going here for years. Reliable for hot action most times. Always some degree of chance as to who else shows up mind.

Visited around lunchtime, early afternoon on a weekday; it was surprisingly busy - not packed but enough people not to feel alone. It is very clean compared to other places and reception staff member was very pleasant. Note that the admission price is discounted before 2pm. Don't arrive (as I did) at 2:05pm!

Was there on a Friday night. I was impressed by the facilities, but it was a bit quiet - not many people, and not much action. So I wasn't having much fun. But then I got off with a very hot guy and went home happy. If you want somewhere a bit more quiet and relaxed, and a bit nicer looking, you might like it here.

I’ve been going about 20 times over the last 35 years and have never had any reason for complaints except one times about 30 years ago when I was refused entry, mind you I was a bit high at the time lol.

I used to go to this sauna when it had a different name. Its a small, quiet but if you are in Covent Garden and need some time to relax or a massage, its ok. Yesterday I had an awful experience. I stayed about 3 hours, none of the facilities were checked. When I was leaving, There was no one to let me out, so I rang the bell many times and waited and waited and waited... The member of staff was having his cigarette at the door and I had to call him and explained I was waiting for some time. He got aggressive, started shouting and then threatened saying 'you will see what happens to you if you come back.' Would you go come back? Not me. If I were the owner, I would check on cctv before something more serious happens.

Beautiful and very very clean place. Friendly and useful staff. Very hot team, dry sauna and jacuzzi. I really loved it. Thank you guys fora great time.

Not impressed today. Have been using this place for years on visits to London as it was always reliable for a decent massage and chill out. Had an hour massage today. Poor technique, pretty brutal for what was supposed to be a relaxing and stress busting massage...it was such an ordeal I gave up and walked out. Shame really as I for one will be going elsewhere from now on.

If you like being in a place that has facilities that don't work is cold a Sauna that is never hot a steam room that has as much steam as a kettle and the rudest staff that you could ever come across then go for it. BUT then ... Why bother thinking about it when there are plenty of other places in town that have more charming staff and a much younger clientele!

Went there on a Sunday afternoon in January. Very attractive place, all on one level. Changing area a bit small and cabins we saw were small with mostly single, narrow mattress. Floor in this area was very slippery. I'm an older guy and found staff very friendly and efficient. Jacuzzi big and clean, sauna cabin good.

This sauna looks like OK but it's not. Everything is in the same room. The jacuzzi, dry sauna, steam sauna and cabins are located in some kind of medium size area. This is kind of uncomfortable because you are at every moment watching everybody in the place (and everybody is watching at you). You can't hide. I didn't like it. The jacuzzi is like a little swimming pool but the water is cold. 15 pounds and you have to leave five at the reception as a guarantee. Not coming back.

The staff are rude here. Not welcoming. Very few customers.

I went there few times. Very clean, big Jacuzzi, very hot sauna and steam. Good bar. Friendly people and staff. I will come back soon.
