Queers and War: conversation with Pussy Riot, Rain Dove and Queer Svit

Queer Svit (Ukrainian: “Queer World”) is a grassroots organization helping LGBTQ+ people and people of color whose lives have been affected by the war in Ukraine, including those facing political persecution in Russia and Belarus. We are hosting an event this Friday featuring Pussy Riot member Olga Borisova and activist and model Rain Dove, among others, discussing the impact that the war has had on LGBTQ+ people. The event will feature a musical performance and DJ set, along with speakers such as a Ukrainian LGBTQ+ refugee, activists, and journalists.
