    Unhappy owners

    Sauna is 2m x 2m. Steam room bigger. Both owners were punishing me for not paying 185 euros plus tax for a room. I explained to them that was outside of my budget. Told me I could not use the gym which consisted of two cardio machines and a broken set of adjustable dumbbells. One guy who did pay that much for a room was talking to an owner who didn't even look up from his phone. They should not be in customer service. "You can't bring in water - you must buy it here". Not in every other sauna I've been to in Europe. They are not truthful and they accuse customers of lying. Two night minimum at the hotel because when people find out the most substantial food served is a ham and cheese sandwich, they want to leave. They will drop the two night minimum if asked. Located next to the highway with no bars, restaurants or grocery stores nearby - even with a car. Their cheapest room is 116 euros plus tax with no TV. I recommend getting a room downtown Lisbon and just paying 20 euros for a day pass - after eating lunch. The place is really boring after the day visitors leave.

    Le paradis gay á Lisbonne

    The hotel, located near the city and close to the beaches, is manged by kind and very professional hosts. The welcome is warm in a place with all the necessary facilities for a successful holiday. Rooms with comfortable beds, heated swimming pool, sauna, Turkish bath, jacuzzi… Breakfast is included in the price of the room and even the jams are homemade. There is also a shuttle to reach the gay bars of Lisbon in the city center, and good surprise, this trip only takes 15 minutes!! We loved our stay and plan to come back very soon:

    Un resort fantastique - Le Paradis

    Bravo à Eddy, Marcos & toute la team Villa 3 pour ce super séjour. Tout est parfait, du petit déjeuner très complet, piscine bien chauffée, jaccuzzi super agréable, sauna, hammam super propre, bonne musique, les déjeuners, tout est au top. La chambre était superbe, belle douche, matelas XXL et vous ouvrez la porte pour sauter directement nu dans la piscine chauffée ! Bref le Paradis au Portugal.... Villa 3 + Bar 3 = je ne voulais plus partir .... A très vite et encore bravo à toute l'équipe!

    Amazing place, wonderful staff, I don't I can say enough great things about this place. Nice relaxing time had by all. Not in Lisbon proper but a quick ride or ferry to the main square.

    Amazing service and value

    I am a solo traveler, and was looking for a place that I could meet other travelers or people, make friends and relax. I cannot talk highly enough for the service I received at Villa 3 Caparica. Eddie, Marcos, Carlos and Jose were all accommodating and helpful to me a solo traveler, with no portugese. A continental breakfast was available each morning, a freshly squeezed orange juice is highly recommended. As are Gloria’s (the cook) Custard tarts, freshly baked each morning, to the point that the custard was still warm. Eddie and Marcos have a bar in the old town, and offer you a lift in if you would like to go to the Bar, but it is only 12 euro by Uber. The rooms are extremely spacious, and the bedding and bathroom linen are luxurious. I had a pool room with the pool and the jacuzzi just outside, available for guest use any time. The other facilities were open from 1pm and on the weekends, the hotel hosts a party where many locals attend to make you feel very welcome. I stayed for 5 days and drank many cocktails, expertly made and great value. I felt so welcome, almost a part of the family. I cannot recommend this hotel enough. I will certainly be back as well.

    Amazing new gay holiday paradise !

    I stayed in Villa 3 Caparica with a friend of mine and we had a fantastic relaxing time. The owners are the sweetest bears on earth. Everything is brand new and made with so much attention to detail. The place is ideal to relax and to party :). Very spacious, comfortable rooms, sauna, steam bath, jacuzzi, you name it, it is there. Want to go back as soon as possible!
