To celebrate the 30th anniversary of Jonathan Harvey's touching coming-of-age love story, A Beautiful Thing is showing at the Theatre Royal Stratford East this summer.

Directed by Anthony Simpson-Pike, this revival stars Raphael Akuwudike as Ste and Joshua Asaré as Jamie, two teenage boys who seek refuge in each other and explore their feelings and sexuality along the way. The stellar cast also includes Trieve Blackwood-Cambridge as Tony, Shvorne Marks as Sandra, and Scarlett Rayner as Leah.
