Horrible sauna in Singapore
Don't believe in what you see in the photos! It should be those they took years ago.
Sauna -Sorry there isn't one. Steam room - dirty, smelly.
Hot Pool- Yes but water was not changed for weeks (heard one staff was chatting with a regular customer that only do it once a month.)
Receptionists were super rude...ask for password to Wifi, just told you off there isn't any!
Not worth visiting...Latest update I heard they are closing down end Sept 2016.

Needs renovation and upgrade
Went there on a Saturday night at 10pm. The receiptionist told me that they would close at 11pm. I was shocked and I didn't expect it to close at 11pm on a Saturday night.
Only 3 people there, 2 of them were middle-aged guys. I quickly had a shower then left, as sauna, steam room were all closed already.

Empty
The place is so weird, before I came I call the receptionists and he told me many people coming, the events, etc. At the same day I came and nothing happen, nobody, the smell is so disgusting.

Rustic, rundown, requires renovation (major)
I have managed a bath house in the Philippines (epitome malate 2007-2012) and I am a frequent bath house goer since college days, from Club Bath Philippines, Fahrenheit, We’reHaus (formerly Mansion), so I know what customers felt, and management can do.
The crowd is like seniors (55 years and above) and like the only 40ish person in the crowd, the steam is HOT and the indoor jacuzzi HOT, but to mingle and cruising with seniors is another thing, I hope you get my drift. Bugis is just around the corner, I don't know how they would attract the 20 and 30 something but they need to do promos, or free passes or themes, to bring them over. If not, nothing happens. Only the pillars of the bath house scene in Singapore be their customers forever?, and then what??? - Mama Sam
