Set in 1988, The Way Old Friends Do is a new comedy by Ian Hallard about two friends who tentatively come out to each other: one as gay and the other as an ABBA fan. Nearly 30 years later, they reconcile on a chance encounter and decide to form the world's first ABBA tribute band—in drag!

This heartfelt and hilarious story will appeal to anyone who understands how it feels to be a fan: of ABBA or of anyone. Directed by Mark Gatiss, The Way Old Friends Do is on a strictly limited 4-week season at the Criterion Theatre, from 17 August to 9 September. Get your tickets today!
