We have stayed here many times. Previously stayed at other quality hotels the Old Ship is as good and less expensive.

My friend and I will be there again on Monday 8th August 16. This is our 4th Stay at the hotel.
We had a twin room on a high floor over looking the side street. The room was in nice condiction a few small problem which were soon put right.
Value wise very good not expensive excellent breakfast, a pleasant seating area outside for and evening drink.

Great location - Nice Stay
Stayed at this hotel twice now - once for a close friends gay wedding held in The Old Ship's ballroom. The hotel is one of the oldest in Brighton and has a certain amount of old school charm. Our sea view room was spacious and had excellent views. Can't fault the service and the price was very reasonable for Brighton. Location wise, just behind the hotel is The Lanes - full of shops and cafes - great to explore. The gay bars are just a short stroll along the promenade.
