I'm not usually the type to write reviews but I must say that my experience in this magnificent sauna was 10 and praise, I arrived and the owners put me at ease by letting me visit the facility which I must say left me speechless given the its grandeur, the environment and clean… I must say the very nice and helpful staff I will return with great pleasure.

The club in question offers nothing, just dirt and stink! The "whirlpool" tub is just for show, in fact it has just one or two jets that work. The water stinks, with unidentified bits floating around. Cold sauna and Turkish bath, the steam is a mirage. The problem comes when you go out, is it cold, is there heating? Not to mention the cold showers too, just a trickle goes down .. dirty bathrooms all for the modest sum of 19 euros !!! In other cities you spend less, and there are still working services, I would really like to understand what service they actually give to customers, if not rudeness. I'm just passing through but I won't set foot there again !!!

I tried to register for the Arco one pass or Travel pass but it didn't work!! Went directly to the sauna and the guys were really helpful and registered me and issued the Travel Pass. They were funny and charming. It was quiet (Saturday afternoon) but still managed to have multiple fun. Hot hammam steam and sauna. Sling and cabins were clean. Snacks and drinks at the bar. The bearded checkin/bar man was Hot and funny. I would recommend visiting.!!

Was there Friday night between 1930/2100. The place was almost empty, like 2 other clients. Still managed to smell like pee and cigarette smoke. Turkish bath was out of order. Toilet was filthy. Showers smelled strange too. The cabins were reasonably clean.

Wonderful place, very clean, kind staff. I want to come back soon.

Ok, Turin scene is not the hottest around, but you can have good fun if you want. This sauna is the biggest in town and it has both sauna days and crusing parties. Best sauna day is sunday afternoon when it is usually full of people. Friday evening is usually a naked mask crusing evening and saturday evening is a naked crusing evening (hot and full of people). Place is rather clean and slippers are included in sauna days. Some improvements can be made around, like in the movie theater where most of space is empty and unused… maybe a bed in the middle could be interesting :-). Condoms can be requested at the entrance, lube no and they don't sell, so bring your own (this is something disappointing). Last note: membership is a standard in italian saunas for legal reasons so it can not be avoided, even for tourists.

Nothing is working no sauna jacuzzi hammam for 30 € only two dark rooms and five people. No smile. No english spoken. Only cash. Dust on my feet. Go away !

Very unfriendly... not interested in tourist people.
