Visited Friday around 7pm. Not crowded, maybe 10 people. Earlier is a better time to go I think. Mixed crowd. Everyone was naked but wearing a towel. There are two floors, the second floor has several maze rooms. There are no private rooms. There are also no actual dark rooms, most of the maze was dimly lit.

the "music" was super loud ! People look at you just like a piece of meat and they insist a lot to touch you everywhere even if you dont want !

As a 54 year old Westerner, I never expected anything, but couldn't believe how much attention I got, mainly from local guys appearing in their 20s-30s. I had several on me at any one time up in the dark room, though later on at 7pm or 8pm, it's nearly empty. Best sexperience in my life, I revisited twice.

Visited twice on Sunday & Monday afternoons, busy both times. Poc Poc Beer Club easy to find and the sauna is in the alley to the left - no signage. Welcome friendly and receptionist spoke English, all staff very friendly. I was the only Westerner. This is a place that locals frequent and they speak little English, so be prepared to smile and use body language. I did chat to 1 guy at length who told me the locals use 69 as a place to hang out with fellow gay guys rather than as a place to get some action so don't expect loads of action. As an older guy though I did receive some attention and certainly enjoyed the views!

You guys should consider adding a sling to one of your locations. It could be really fun :)

We were there when there was a birthday party of the owner. So very crowded with mostly all young locals. Friendly staff who gave us a very small towel (just to cover the union jack...) and a bottle of water. No bar, neither massage. But worth to visit.

Front desk staff were friendly, helpful and nice. Haven’t seen anywhere where you get that kind of smile and welcome. Local guys mostly, they are shy a little. I feel like they are just looking okay but they act like they are the best and they don’t need any FUN - lol. Overall I definitely come back and recommend this to you all. Fun time never hurts.

Went there on a weekday nite. Front desk receptionist quite nice & friendly. The jacuzzi was nice but water was not warm. The biggest problem with this place is that there’s no room to play. A few well hung guys but otherwise all that everyone does it sitting on the sofas Not the kind of action I’m looking for. A very old fashioned sauna concept overall so didn’t really enjoyed much.

I was a little hesitant to check this place out but it exceeded my expectations. Tucked away in an alley with very friendly staff. They welcomed me in and even had a special promo that night. It seems they have themed nights. I paid and was escorted to my locker. They gave me a towel and bottle of water. I undressed and made my way to the shower. There’s a great jacuzzi but no one was in it. There’s two steam rooms and lots of guys hanging around. The staff were very cute and spoke English. I made my way upstairs to the dark area. There’s a room with couches and one private cabin. Lots of guys hanging and some action going on. You can go to the next level which has a lot of curtain areas but still very open. There are couches and beds. Definitely were some guys going at it in the open and very hot. Mostly attractive Vietnamese guys. No foreigners. If you’re a foreigner, you will be stared at and get lots of attention. If this isn’t your thing, you wouldn’t like it. Everyone is eager to touch. If you love the attention, this is the place for you! Overall excellent experience and the staff are great. I would recommend it and come back. They have another location as well which is supposed to be bigger. Will check it out. I wish they would post themed nights on website. Thanks!

Was a little apprehensive about going but it was very good. Staff very friendly. Eager to invite you in. Handsome guys and wouldn’t stop smiling. Nice jacuzzi and sauna. Showers clean. Nice area upstairs with couches and only one private room. Rooftop dark area with white curtains so still pretty public. Couches and bed lots to look at. Only Western guy so everyone was eager to.... well worth a visit

Arrived there at 20:30 on a weekday evening and there is not much people there. There is 2 floors. May be arrived too late. Place is not big. No massage service.

A small and interesting Sauna in the center of Saigon. Friendly and courteous staff and interesting Asian of all Ages. You can relax very well, come in contact with the locals and have fun. I visited the Sauna twice in january 2018 and felt comfortable there. Will definitely come back if in the far east.

Came here Friday 26 Jan 2018 4-6pm. Upon reading other reviews that there were no private rooms. I was skeptical of just how good this place could and indeed its small. But the standouts were the atmosphere and just how friendly the staff were. I'm tempted to come here again tomorrow just to speak to the staff again. As for the guys there were about 30 or so guys when I left at 6 with more still coming in.

This place full of cute guys and good shape. I’m loving this place. I have got attracted and crushed on with many cute guys. That is a nice moment and good feeling. The problem is there is no private cabin.

The website says it offers massage, I was looking to come to enjoy the sauna facilities but also have a regular massage, after going there and finding out I was quite disappointed. Other than that, it was not bad.

L'établissement est petit mais très propre et bien équipé. l'accueil est très agréable et l'équipe est aux petits soins. Au premier niveau: Accueil, vestiaires, Wc, douches, sauna, hammam, jacuzzi. Au second niveau, salle de repos en terrasse extérieure qui devient sombre à la nuit tombée. Play room. Bouteilles d'eau et serviettes à volonté. personnel adorable et clients sympas.

We three westerners visited Tuesday 31 of Oct 2017 and found this place to be interesting and exotic. Lots of good looking young local men. Peak hour seemed to be around 5-6 in the afternoon. There is a cruisy area with many white curtains, but it is not too dark, so everyone can watch what is going on. There is also a large jacuzzi, a dry sauna and a steam sauna on the ground floor. Too much light there for any action to take place. The staff is very welcoming and pleasant. So overall it is recommended for a visit.

The place was clean, friendly staff, the manager was very helpful. Guess will surely enjoy the amenities.

I went to the sauna this afternoon. It’s a little difficult to find but the directions are correct. Very nice small sauna. Very friendly staff and very clean. There was a mix of ages. I will go back.
