I have taken three different treatments in Akira clinic and spa so far. One of the cleanest and most relaxing spa's in Hanoi. Masseurs are professional and staff is overall friendly. Highly recommended.

I visited Akira clinic & spa after hearing lot of good reviews of the place from various sources. I was not disappointed. Place itself is not only very clean and professional-looking, but also decorated harmonically. Service was overall good, including massage, although compared to my regular place a little more pricey. Will definitely be back!

I went to Akira massage shop yesterday. All of staffs are very kind and friendly. Massage is good as well. Especially facilities are very clean and modern.

Akira Spa is a very clean and pleasant place. Employees are very kind and don't ask for tips. I've been to many spas in Hanoi, but this is a very satisfying place. Spa products are also better because they use good ones. Quiet music also healing the tired body and mind. I am leaving Hanoi today and plan to go to arika again. This is a spa I would like to recommend to those who open Hanoi.

I was pleasantly surprised by the ambiance and professional at Akira spa. The space is tasteful and peaceful while the staff was really professional. I was in need of a thai massage for relaxing and I loved it.

My visit at Akira Spa was a complete bliss. I indulged a 60-minutes oil massage where my therapist worked the knots out of my should blades and neck. Because it was very relaxing and soothing one, I had my forty winks inside the massage room. LOL The staff gave exceptional service. I also like the serenity of the place. I cannot wait to try their other pampering services in my next visit. Thank you very much!

After a long day at work, it was really an amazing experience to completely devour my body from the soothing knead of my masseur. I was welcomed with a hot tea while choosing for the kind of massage I wanted to have. I waited just a few minutes to prepare my room. During the massage session, I experienced the full relaxation and not to mention the calm music they played with the sound of nature. What's good about the masseur was he could easily adjust to the kind of pressure you prefer. Having done the massage, I opted to take a shower to get rid of the oil around my body. I was even able to try their fragrance for free before I left. The service was efficient and timely. Everyone was professional and welcoming. I like the tranquility and aesthetics of the place. I would highly recommend this spa.

It’s my first time visit in Hanoi. Yesterday I went for another SPA which turned out to be a bit of a ghetto and mostly sex. Having found Akira in the internet which seemed to be a more upscale SPA I decided to give it a go. And it turned out to be a pleasant experience. I chose the hotstone massage. It was relaxing and relieving my back muscle a lot. The masseur was appropriate, tender and professional. I would definitely go back.

The boss is very friendly and nice to customers. The staff are well-trained and professional. I did the facial and body massage combo and it was very nice indeed!! Overall, I was very satisfied with the service. Enjoyable experience here! :D

This is more of a gay friendly spa than an actual gay spa. It's very clean and relaxing. The facial was very good. The massage is what I paid for, however I paid more for the stomach massage than the Swedish massage, and it took about the same time as mine. Nothing sensual about the spa - I got the same kind of service at my hotel spa, and I had to spend time and money to travel to this one.

Completely different from the outside world. I was completely subdued by the layout, the space was not large but very beautiful and artistic. Moreover, the massage staff did really well, he did restore my back and legs absolutely.

When I was in Hanoi on a holiday, a Grindr user pinged me stating he offered sexual massage at Akira. I expected it to be a shady place. But it turned out to be a tastefully done spa with wonderful ambience. The whole spa is dimly lit and there is soothing music being played and the staff is extremely courteous. I opted for a body massage alone since I didn't have much time. I was escorted into the room by a beautiful and flirtatious girl and here was waiting for a man masseur. She massaged my neck for about ten or fifteen minutes and then let a young looking handsome masseur take over. His dry massage felt real nice but his oil massage was very disappointing. For one, he used very little oil and secondly his strokes were deliberately slow. Almost like I was frozen in time. The massage was neither relaxing nor arousing. The shower was a pleasant experience, however.

Came here 24/12/18 11am for a facial + massage combo. I didn’t receive the fragrance and Mochi mentioned by previous poster but no matter... the massage was one of the best I have ever recieved!! (I don’t say that lightly) the masseur had incredibly strong hands and arms which he used to amazing effect (firm but not painful). The facial was thorough and I noticed my face felt smoother afterwards but it didn’t stand out to me as much as the massage did. I hope that all their masseurs have the same level of expertise. Lastly the store manager was very attentive and kind. He told me that the venue had only been open for 3 months and valued my feedback. I hope they keep up the high standards with the service.

3 days in Hanoi I went there 2 time for combo body and facial. I never done facial before but at time I was convinced by cute boy. Space, music, light , aroma mixed each other is nice for relaxing, I almost asleep while being massaged. My skin really different after done its smooth, soft, so tightly. I like it

I wanted to give my input about Akira Spa. We were recently in Hanoi (last week) and ended up going to Akira twice for massage and one of those times for facial therapy as well. The spa is tastefully decorated and is serene. The staff are so kind. The massage is top-notch. I cannot imagine a more relaxing place amongst the chaos that is Hanoi. The spa is two stories up from street level and you access the building via the driveway that enters the building. There is an "Akira Spa" sign at the street, just to the left of the building. It really is rather easy to find. Thanks to all of the staff who treated my partner and I during our two visits there. We will definitely return!!

Back to Hanoi by the weekend of 09/20, I quickly booked my appointment at Akira for the same facial/body combo. The service of massage itself remains superb, and I believed I woke up myself up with my own thundering snores...XD Two new interesting features are now available for the customers who orders the “facial+body” combo: 1. Japanese Snacks Experience (Matcha Tea and Mochi) 2. Perfume Collection (Free of Charge Trial) Basically Akira serves you something exotic to taste after the massage, and you could leave the SPA with your selected fragrance if you need to catch the next appointment right after. These are two thoughtful features/benefits, considering the service ends with a shower. I expect more things to come in Akira. It seems the owners are trying to set-up the standards of their own, and that makes my experience different from the other SPAs.

I visited Akira in early September during the soft-opening. The SPA has a public area for facial treatments, and two private rooms for body massage. I ordered a basic facial treatment and a body massage. It lasted around 2 hours, and I enjoyed every minute of it. If you are expecting to have a relaxing afternoon or evening in-between your trips, I would recommend the one-time visitors to do a basic facial plus body combo like I did. I certainly do hope they will keep it up in Akira, till next time I come back to Hanoi.

After 2 long international flights, I arrived into Hanoi. Akira Soa was very close to my hotel and booked a massage for that afternoon. I received a wonderful, professional and relaxing massage that was much needed after being in a plane for so long! My masseur ( sorry, dont remember his name) had a great sense of touch,very attractive and helped me get all the knots out. The spa is very clean. I am only in town for a few days and will definitely try to come back dor a facial and another massage.
