    Bad drinks and bad service

We ordered espresso martini and they were watered out espressos tasting just of thin coffee and vodka. I thought maybe they’ve forgot the kaluha so I asked the bartender about the espresso martinis. They did not like that at all and kalled me a little bitch before trowing a 100kr bill at me and telling me to leave. The 100kr did not at all cover the 700kr we spent on the non-drinkable espresso martinis btw!

    Very quiet bar

During my weekend trip to Oslo, I walked by Cesar multiple times at different times throughout the night. I never saw it busy. Its close to both London Pub and Elsker so its worth at least walking by.
