There's alot of good, and some bad here. First, it's huge. Apparently there's a hotel behind where rooms can be rented, and guests leave their doors open so stranger's can waltz in and get up to no good. Also, the too floor is spacious and open, not a garden but a patio and outdoor lounge where you and whoever you meet can steal some time upstairs. The maze is broken in two and relatively laege--bigger than sauna mania, Babylon, or Heaven. And the rooms are really cool, especially the glass window ones facing the outside. You can hookup underneath the stars literally. The theater is large and the dark room across the hall is ...well, very dark. The bad... Until the BTS orange line is finished the only to get here quicky is ake the airport rail link to Ramkhamhaeng station and have a motorcycle taxi take you to Ramkhamhaeng SOI 21 yaek 2. It's about five minutes away. Once the orange line is built you'll be able to just walk to it from the Mall 3 station, whatever the name will be. Next, you need to ring you own towel, as the tiny wash clothes provided don't cover you. Or wear underwear. Also, being your own soap. When I was there the steam room wasnt working and they appears to be renicsting the theater. The facility is old and in need of an update. Lastly, I have never seen a single Westerner there, nor more than 20 people at any given time. There have been foreign Asians, but no white folks. Some of the Thais were able to speak English though. It's not terribly mixed, being mostly cute university student types. But sone of them were into me (I'm a muscle panda). If this place can survive until the orange line is open, I can see traffic picking up. The Ramkhamhaeng area is crawling with gay students and professionals.

There was nobody, nothing, not worth going.. I paid for the ticket and went into the dim and dirty room, and immediately left, rushed into Siam to look for something more metropolitan.

This place has been partially renovated in middle of 2019. I visited it on Saturday night, around sixty to eighty guys there, mostly young and cute. As I am a hot, slim and very fit Asian guy in white skin, I got hot actions with guys. Anyway, it is worth to visit, if you like Thai.

Don't go there early. But after 9 pm it starts to get alive. Big garden for cruising too, but sometimes with many moskitos. Free Spicy Thai Food on the roof top. Horny guys from nearby university.

Please take out this place from your list!! The vote is not true!! Its a horrible place, very old and dirty. So many mosquito. So far away from downtown. Location is out of nowhere. No nearest BTS skytrain or MRT. I took uber to get here. No muscled guys, only a few skinny old men.

Come later in the evening. Lots of Asians! They have a gym where u can workout naked! Lots of hungry eyes, haha! Went upstairs, its all dark, dingy, dirty and smell of action...I love it!! Will come again for sure!

I come here every time I visit Bangkok, yes it's a pain to get to, yes it is a dive, but if you want to see loads and loads of cute Asian guys all out to have a good time, then try it. I usually visit past midnight on a Saturday night and it's always heaving. Plus you get free whisky and soft drinks! I'm usually the only farang there when I visit. Bring your own condoms and lube. This place is the complete opposite to "poshness". Go without any attitude and you'll love it.

Very dirty place. Stepped in some slime in the shower (thankfully it was dark), broken windows/doors, trash everywhere, steam room had dirt all over the seating area and was filthy, gym is in shambles, locker room is like walking into a closet. I'm American, and the vibes from Thai guys there was aloof and unfriendly. What's with the Thai guys? Are you too special to smile or say hello to a foreigner? I've lived in Bangkok for nearly 20 years and I know Thais quite well. This place breeds discrimination. Honestly, in America the Health Dept. would shut this place down in a heartbeat. Avoid this place unless you like disease and haughty Thai guys.

Enormous mansion. Hundreds of guys after 10 pm. Correct that cleanliness is not a priority. Very few farangs. Go there at least once. Mostly Thai - Thai.
