STAFF VERY FRIENDLY, BREAKFAST NOT GOOD, ONLY 1 TRANSFER TO THE BEACHES, VERY CLEAN.

The hotel is only for gays and lesbians. But some hetero couples we met there. Rooms are very cleaned, every day housekeepers come in and clean everything. The Sauna is open only from 11 am until 11 pm. Usually, gays go there after the beach and having fun. No cabins are however available inside. Everyone can see you. Breakfast is not so various. We stayed 8 days and never changed. The staff is very nice, except for a small guy who worked during the night because I felt bad for high fever and he did not care about my problems when I asked information for a pharmacy or a hot tea. There is a shuttle bus who work only 1 a day. Forget timetable. Only 1 at 1030 am to go to the beach and the other one at 4 pm to come back to the hotel. Every evening there is some special events at the bar... but very far from a European concept. For example, a karaoke... or something like this.... all people drink and sing but no one really interested to talk.

    Poor guest service

I have frequented the hotel's bar for Karaoke with delight. HOWEVER, tonight, 2 of 3 of my songs were interrupted by a practice where patrons can pay to STOP your song, forcing you to sing a random song. This is all fun and games and it supports a charity, but couldn't it at least be limited to 1 song per karaoke singer, instead of nearly EVERY TIME someone sings??
