Hey gays, this awesome sauna has resumed its operation for several days already. Come and having fun there. Should be less of u guys noticed its opening, so do come and have a great pleasure here!

As I know, first time better join to be their club member in order to have membership price on next visit and lifetime. I just provided my information and joined their membership. Quite fun and enjoyable. Good experiences for me.

Agreed. I went to the event night also. Very crowded, fun and the staff very friendly. Will go there again.

Last Tuesday and Saturday, I went to this sauna. It was very crowded - many Malaysian andChinese guys. I think there's a naked night monthly. The staff were very friendly and helpfully. I really enjoyed. Before I left, the counter staff told me there will be a surprise in coming November. The 2nd floor is very cool now, better than before.

I didn't want to go to the second time once I went there because it was very simple and unsafe.

What can I say.. when in Rome! Do t expect the twinks or beefcakes you see in the cosmo cities here. What you get are the rugged, rustic men that are rough around the edges and sexy as hell. They may not have the best etiquette when they are coming on to you, but that’s what makes it all so much more fun isn’t it? Go there to enjoy the locals.. it’ll be fun! PS: this ain’t written by some screaming queen. I’m as masculine as they get and I love this place!

So it's Saturday 7pm, and there’s barely 10 people over there, 80% Malay + Indian. Where did everybody else go? Is there any other place?

Go to Singapore, Keybox Sauna is GREAT. Clean, showers are clean with soap and free juice. Nice selection of guys too!

I was there on 24/6/2018 Sunday 3pm. Location is very easy to find. Paid rm20 for membership fee which doesn’t make any sense. Locker is very small, can’t fit a backpack. No condoms. Shower room looks filthy. There’s a 10ft x 10ft pool and nobody uses it, perhaps the water isn’t clean. There’s a simple set of fitness equipment but not accessible, glass door is locked. Perhaps it’s to fulfil ‘Gym‘ status for approval of operation licence. There are dark rooms every corner you turn without fan or ventilation. Imagine a bad body odour person in it who stinks up the entire place. Go somewhere else. I'd rather pay for MB

I went to this sauna one day...and I couldn't find this place,I been walking around the building opposite zen zeng hotel about 1 hours,has no clues..its address says jln tungku abdul razak susur 1/1 opposite zen zeng hotel,I event asked few people in that area to reconfirmed if I was in the right area. I been to the maze and Vgym all easy place to find. I come here to check out this place. Can the owner specify the real address for the newbies or visitor from others city can find this place easy? If not wanted to be found better closed end of story!!

25 Aug, 2017....is no longer JOHAN AVENUE. It is now Palacio Gym Center. I did not enter on this day. Nice Chinese door man was friendly.

Came down to johan avenue sauna today however I have no idea upon whether is the sauna is open today. Searched online ups and downs for the opening hours details, nothing is found.

I have'nt been to this sauna before. Intending to give the sauana management a phone call, tried calling a few times however there was no response and realised the details are not updated. I read the reviews upon first visit an entry fee of RM40. With such services, charging RM40 ar first visiting would be unreasonable pricing. Please check and update the necessary details for customer's convenient. Thanks.

This place is located among a row of shophouses off Jalan Tun Abdul Razak, near to Danga City Mall. First visit is RM40. If joined as a member, subsequent visits will be RM12 to RM22, depending on day of visit (cheapest on Tuesday, most expensive on public holidays). A big towel, a small towel and a locker key is given. Shoes and belongings are stored in the locker. The lower floor has a bath, shower area, toilet, steam room and sauna room. Apparently the water in the bath isn't clean, so didn't soak myself in it. Sauna and steam room temperature is high. The upper floor has a gym, a big dark room, several small dark rooms. There was no maze. The gym has several equipment, sufficient for a workout. The corridors have several old sofas. No condom, lube or tissue papers are provided anywhere. On a Saturday evening, the place was quiet, hardly 15 persons were there. Many were middle age men, a few older ones and very few below 30. A staff was seen cleaning and tidying up the place frequently, and is quite friendly. Nothing much interesting there at all, but if you wish to have a workout in the gym, and then sweat yourself out in the steam and sauna room, this place is passable. Will try visiting again on a Sunday and on their members day (Tuesday), to see if the crowd is any different.

I visited on Monday for the first time. Place was quite quiet, and the dark rooms does not provide condom and ky, i think we cannot to do anything .....
