Place look good and clean and simple. Not good for people want to go work out. Better going for hangout or fun. 1st floor are reception. 2nd floor are locker and shower room and living area with free cold drinking water. 3rd floor are small rooms with good air condition. 4th floor are tv room with air condition. 5th floor are big cruising area with many small rooms but air condition not that good. 6th floor are rooftop. People there will be mixed young old muscle silm bear. Depned on your luck. If you like simple should go try

Visited on Saturday night, not much gay as expected with a few mixed ages.. Dirty and no maintenance.

I visited Macho Sauna on a Thursday afternoon at 4pm. After an approximate 45-min. cab ride from Wat Arun, I managed to find Sauna Macho in Thonburi. I entered the place, paid 100 baht and got a very tiny towel (Naked Day). Went to the garderobe to change and saw already some very beautiful, naked Thais. I walked around naked with only the little towel and explored the five store place. First and second floor changing rooms, gym equipment and showers, third floor, sauna, steam and an interesting cruising area which by interval was dark and bright again, basically you could walk naked in this area, darkness, suddenly for some seconds lights come, you see the surroundings and it's dark again, a very erotic setting. 4th floor cinema, 5th floor lots of cabins and 6th floor roof top with sitting, laying possibilities, shower. I stayed there for about two hours, was the only farang, and had some good interactions. A very pleasant, friendly place. Of course not the “Western type” Babylon Sauna, more a very authentic, Thai-style sauna. If you like this type of sauna and don’t mind to be the only farang, Macho is the place to go.

Macho is a fun place. Mostly locals and it's fun to be the only foreigner. The place has 5 levels. There were about 30 guys on the weekday I went.

First of all, the image shown for this sauna (Macho) is very deceiving because the gym does not look like that. Nor did it look like this in their old location (behind the sense pinklao) so I'm really curious what u have pictured and where u obtained it from? Secondly, this sauna is filthy. It gets busy on weekends from 6-9pm due to shows and free grub in the evening but that leaves the rooms in total mayhem. In spite of staff sitting around (busy on their mobile phones), they don't clean the rooms even if they're dirty - only at set times (which is not at least hourly but as said, at set times). *Hotties and 24 hour open doors aside, R3 is popular also because it is very clean with staff made to clean rooms every hour or so. Take a note, other sauna owners!*

Machos Sauna is dirty and in the building everything is broken. Entrance fee 160thb and towel is small and dirty, horrible smell. Staff don't speak English. The best time is 7pm, no early because its empty. But if you wait for a full house, its only 20 people, around 30+. Definitely never go back because boring. Best sauna is 39 Underground.

It's a dump that hard to find in the end of small alley behind Sense Mini Plaza. No sign just welcome sign. They give you part of a towel - just piece of rug. Sauna has a broken door, smelly 'steam room " without steam. No bar, just dust covered counter top. There is a maze with cubicles, but I wouldn't call this private cabins. Roof top is where you can fool around but the people from high-rises can see you. Need a lot of painting job and replacement windows.

Macho sauna is clean and tidy. Very few foreigners and the place thins out after 22:00. Best time to go is from 17:00 to 19:00.
