Went to riverside venue this afternoon, definitely closed or moved, saw new people there renovating but not as a massage place.

It was not easy to get there, as it is bit far from downtown, close to the fruit market. It was busy, with lots of tourist customers, only few masseurs left. I got one who was friendly, but he hardly know the skill of massage. The massage was not great even though he was really cute. It is quite cheap though. If you are after professional massage, here perhaps is not the best, but it is popular. Never saw a massage place so busy with all the customers.

We tested quite a few of the known gay massage places, with mixed emotions. Finally, we landed at River House. It is by far the best. Clean, nice, friendly and cute staff, perfect service and massage. And the attached garden cafe is exactly what you need afterwards. We will come again to Chiang Mai soon and looking forward to enjoying the river side!
