I have a feeling this place is under new management and it’s now called Silicone. You’ll still find it under Royal Hammam on Google Maps though. I came in the height of summer. It was 36° in Milan and I’d sweat buckets so when I read this place had an open air pool I had to check it out. The pool is really nice, but most people “reserve” the sunbeds with their towels, so you might not actually be able to tan much if you arrive later. You can still use all the other facilties, such as the dark room the pressure jacuzzi and the 2 floor steam room.

The managers are not gay, but nice enough, except one or two, but I think it's a question of character, but if you have a bad temper you can't stay in reception ... probably not dismissible.

On a week, it is better if you enter between 16.00 and 19.00 or from 21.00 to 23.00. Saturday you will find people from 2.00 pm until late at night. On Sunday you can come in early in the morning, as many people come here after the disco, they wake up and they want sex. Sunday afternoon is very crowded. Advice for managers: You have one of the most beautiful saunas in Europe, please restructure it better. Cleaning must also be improved. The RH Sauna is very beautiful place, but the service is really poor if you are an occasional visitor. I prefer the Metro Sauna nearby Central Station.
