Busy on both evenings I went, Sat and Sun, with the latter being much busier. It is open Thursday and Friday as well but check the website for changes. Comments from a few years ago are wrong as things have changed. Friendly hardworking staff. Clean locker room. Hot sauna and steam room and lots of action in the spaces available, of which there are many. The smoking issue has almost been solved as I only smelt/saw one person smoking into his locker. As pointed out by others, it is not the easiest to find as the address is misleading as it is not the entrance. From the large junction of Calle Autonomia and Calle Juan de Garay, and other roads, look south towards a large series of tower blocks. At the base of the front right tower is a Carrefour Supermarket. To the left of the supermarket and between it and two bar/cafes with outside seating is a passageway. Enter the tunnel like passage way and head towards the end, going round a corner. The entrance to Sauna Ego is on the left after some steps going upwards.

The saun is big and full of good guys. A bit difficult to find since it is a bit hidden. Although it's worth it.

Difficult to find, not so friendly reception staff and full of rooms - a bit of imagination and this could be a great place. I will not return.

First time visiting Ego, almost didn't go as it's not easy to find. Changing area large and spacious, good sized lockers. Entry included a free drink - which was nice. The sauna etc itself was large and on the surface looked good, but unfortunately it didn't feel as clean as it should be, and despite no smoking signs everywhere, guys were smoking inside which was really off putting.

What a pity, smoking in a sauna. Sauna not hot, steam all right.
