Long-running gay bar in Portland (since 1979). Scandals is known for its cocktails, friendly vibe, and live entertainment and shows.

The bar has a large outdoor patio and occasionally plays host to karaoke nights and themed events. Located in the original "Pink Triangle" section of downtown Portland.
