For those who are disappointed because it's not sensual or no happy ending, or they don't look too interested... It is because most staff are not gay. Even those who are involved in the happy ending do this because of money. They don't have other work options. So go do each other massages if you want, but get a life with a true purpose instead of looking for poor people & countries to exploit.

Spa Deelax (as it is spelt on the building) is completely plain and uninviting from the outside. The inside isn't much better - it was dark, rundown and to be honest, quite dirty. There is a hairdressing salon on the ground floor as you enter and quite a few boys sitting around, most of whom looked completely disinterested. The first floor is devoted wholly to massages and is divided up by curtains - there are no private rooms. I asked to use the bathrooms, and the floors were absolutely filthy - not helped at all by a leaking toilet and a blocked shower that were both flowing out onto the floor. At this point, I was in two minds as to whether I should stay or make my excuses, but figured the masseuse was quite sweet so I'd give it a go. From what I could see in the dark, the massage bed seemed clean and the towels and linen were cleanly washed. The massage itself was surprisingly good with just the right amount of pressure and a great overall technique. An amazing happy ending made the whole event worthwhile and allowed me to leave with a smile on my face. 90 minutes for 15,000 Kyat was excellent value. I would have to say however that I would probably not return. Ambiance = 0/10 Massage = 8/10

I have been regular visitor for this massage and the chance to get good experience is 50-50. Their therapist some is good and some is bad. Some therapist can have happy ending

i don't think here is better than Bangkok. I selected a sunshine boy to service me 90min Oil SPA. There is NO a split room and all together! The SPA skill is just so so!

Massage was great! Even better than in Thailand - but the price has increased. Advertised for 2hr Thai massage was 15000 kyat but in the menu was 18000. Massage lasted for 90 mins and the other 30 was up to your imagination. However the shirt they provided gave me a bad rash on my shoulder and the gorgeously cute twink changed it for me. His smile and innocence was enough to make me feel sorry for him instead of the other way around due to the language barrier. It’s been 3 days since and the rash hasn’t subsided. Water in the shower was cold. The massage bed/platform had some dust or sand I had to sweep off before laying down.

Tonight, I went to Spa D’lax for haircut and massage. It’s located next to Hotel Accord, easy to find. Haircut quality is very good and he speaks English well. The masseur (Thoo Yah) is very very impressive and gay-friendly but he can’t speak English. I wish they have a private room. Definitely, I’ll go back to Spa D’lax again.

I was looking for a massage by male/gay masseur, I found this place via TravelGayAsia and I went there. Although I was expecting better facility and ambience, this place is still decent. One of the guys asked if I wanted to choose anyone to do the massage for me, I just told him anyone good is fine with me. One guy was assigned to do the massage for me. I had Thai massage for 120 mins and it cost 15,000 kyats. The massage went very well and the guy had done the very good job. But as I didn't time, I am not too certain if it was really 120 mins but somewhat there. If you're looking for macho men to do your massage- you might need to look elsewhere though. I am just glad I had a proper good massage. So yes - I am a satisfied customer.

I was expecting a professional massage, which I did not get. They do not even have a blanket to cover you while they give you the massage, which is completely unprofessional. The place is in the middle of a not very nice neighborhood and it has a funky smell. The pictures look a lot better that what it really is and I have to say that facilities look cheap. The therapists are definitively not professional masseurs. The staff was really nice, but that was the only positive thing. I was supposed to have a 90 minutes massage and left after 45 minutes, because I could not stand it anymore.

If you came to this website then you are looking for something specific. You won't find that here - not even a hint. Not sure why this place is on this website at all really.

He did smile friendly, gave me a feeling of the best relax. The price is very reasonable 15000 kyats for 90 minutes. Should come here if you want to feel you are the very valuable customer.

The first massage I ever enjoy in Myanmar which similar to the quality of Thailand. Their technique, if I am not mistaken is from Wat Po from BKK. I have been to many different Spas in Yangon as well, but Spa D’lax will be the one, if you expect a GOOD quality massage. You can also easily sense from their masseurs that they are going professional massages and is stand out from other Spas which some are either poor in technique or more xxx oriented. But with the amount they charge and the quality of service they gave it was satisfactory to me, I went there coz I was reading all the reviews and also wanna give it a shot to every shops, but to be honest, can you expect a happy ending massage with 15 USD???? Anywhere? At all?

I went to Spa D’lax on a Sunday morning as I work the whole week from Monday to Saturday afternoon. Spa D’lax is one of the very few massage parlour for men in Yangon. With a number of recommendations heard from my friends, I went there to try Thai traditional massage. The price around 15 USD is something you should consider with to relax in a weekend. I did. The atmosphere is cozy. Though there are some noises outside (but I could not hear at all after 30 mins of massage!) everything seems to me perfect. The masseurs are well trained and gave wonderful traditional massage. Not much differences from Bangkok! I had 2 hours but then I feel like I want to have more. I love massage and it is never enough!

The promotion offers head to toe pampering from friendly staff. The reality was a choice from 6 disinterested looking guys in their early 20s. If you are expecting any sort of sensual pleasure from a massage you need to look elsewhere. Clients wear loose suits that were not laundered - masseur in street clothes. I stopped a perfunctory joyless and sometimes painful massage partway through. No happy massage - let alone the prospect of a happy ending.
