Highly recommended, upscale Thai restaurant in Phuket serving fresh and elegant-looking dishes with authentic flavours.
Suay's menu is unique, and the food is well presented and reasonably priced (although the portions are a bit small). Cocktails, beer, wine and other non-alcoholic drinks are available.

Suay Cherngtalay
Based on this sites recommendation we visited this Suay this week. It must be quite popular because our taxi driver knew its location. It cost 500 baht from Kata Noi beach, but it was worth the trip. The best way to describe the menu is "Thai Tapas". A great selection of relatively small dishes. Some of the names of the dishes are a little strange - for example "Mrs Piggy Took A Sun Bath" - which turned out to strips of marinated pork, sun dried and then fried.
We ordered 6 dishes between two of us - which was just about the right amount of food. Most dishes are priced between 70 - 100 baht - so no complaints about the price. We had the 95 baht seseme seed ice cream, mango and sticky rice dessert which was excellent. The restaurant ordered us a taxi back to our hotel - but the return trip price was 700 baht.. hummm..
