Selected Mike who looked slim but muscular and his looks but he surprised me with his massage skill. I’m usually chatty, but I was enjoying the massage too much to chat. He was also very attentive, checking on the pressure and room temperature regularly to make sure I was comfortable.

I came to the The Royal Spa without an appointment and they easily accommodated me. Upon arrival I had to remove my shoes and change to slippers. Then they guided me to a small lounge and they gave me a cup of tea. I asked the receptionist can recommend to give massage and they told me to try Noah, I said ok. I chose the A120, the Traditional Chinese Pressure and Oil Massage for 120 minutes. After waiting for a few minutes Noah came and accompanied me to the room. He told me to take a shower first, then the massage started. He started it with a deep tissue massage for about an hour and then the oil massage with a sensual mix to it which is very relaxing and a great experience. I will definitely return and recommend this spa.

I'm a first-timer. I walked in and was greeted and treated well. Although awkward at first, I felt at ease during my massage with William. This was a fun experience and as a first-timer I am definitely keen to return!

Booked a 2-hour massage with Igor - one of the newer guys at Royal. Despite his young age, his massage skills were very good and relaxing. His sensual touch during the oil massage gave the perfect ending to session. Will return!

I went to Royal Spa about a month ago and made an appointment with Jazz. I saw Jazz about 3 years ago and slightly remembered it was good and figured I would give him another chance. I am glad I did. As normal, he led me upstairs. The massage was fun, incredibly interactive and well thought out. I cant recommend Jazz enough and I look forward to seeing him again during my next trip. EVERYONE should have him a chance.

Went a few days ago. The online reservation system wouldn’t accept my number so had to walk in. Only a few therapists available so definitely book. The place was very clean and the staff are friendly. The massage was more of a rubdown and not very good. But the “service” was great.

Ryan took excellent care of me. He is very skilled and attentive. The space is very clean, well-run, and professional. They want you to be satisfied, asking for a rating at the end. My only complaint - the towels are ridiculously flimsy and why can't you have one for each shower before and after?

Fantastic massage with Hiro. Worth the money and clean and beautiful place. The only suggestion is to put handrails on the stair case.

Clean and great atmosphere made by masseur. Did the B150 and extended to a 3 hour package. Highly recommend Joseph as he is very attentive and always assures you that he will be there during the waiting time for the mask or exfoliating syrum. His massage is also on point and he makes sure that you are feeling relaxed throughout the treatment. Great experience from the time you step in, see the staffs and even better once the treatment starts. He treats you like you are more then just a customer. Been to quite a few but this is the best as they do not ask for additional service charge and focus a lot on customer satisfaction. It’s a good place if you are looking to rejuvenate yourself, relieve stress and I would say that is gives you a “king” experience. Recommend this SPA and definitely Joseph. A must come in Taipei

For the price tag, this place can really do better. The massage was just so so, and therapist did not manage his time well. Too much time spent on the hard massage (facing down which got really uncomfortable after a while) and the oil massage was such a rush and non sensual.

I've been to Bangkok and had many massages there - so my standards are pretty high. The price you pay here is mostly for the hot masseurs ;p Royal's massage, is pretty good, but not as mind-blowing as what you would get in Bangkok. With that said, the masseur I had, was pretty chatty and we had a nice, semi-flirty conversation going on during the massage. His technique was a little rough, but good. If you have some chemistry with your masseur he may take of some things and maybe more ;p It's not guaranteed, so be nice to your masseur and make sure he's good too. It's pretty expensive, but I did like the experience.

I telephoned to make a reservation for two people and one hour later everything was prepared and waiting for us. Efficient, well run and well organised. We decided not to choose our masseurs online but just take whoever they wanted to allocate to us. However for people familiar with the price and quality of massage in Thailand may be disappointed here. Decor and ambience nice in reception but the rooms ugly and massage bed more suitable in a hospital Kind, friendly helpful masseurs but what my partner and I experienced was more of a body rub them a proper muscle massage. Since I live in Thailand over 15 years I know how massage should be done the bottom line: 4 stars for effort but I certainly would not come back again

Open comment, all gay massage venues all countries. The first 2 times I selected from photos I was quite surprised how different the real person was, even though when I studied the photo again it was the real person. Coincidentally both times the massage experience was quite bad. Now I indicate before leaving my hotel that I wish to see the actual staff who are on duty and one by one just say hello. If the venue refuses, I don't go. In my experience a few venues react quite rudely to this request but most very willing to allow a quick face to face hello, because they want happy, satisfied customers.

My husband and I had an 8 hour layover in Taipei, so we decided to travel to this spa for a relaxing massage. We used the on-line appointment app and were called as soon as they opened to confirm. We arrived and were met with a friendly staff. Our masseuses, Hugo and Walker took excellent care of us and treated us like royalty. The facility was clean and well-kept. We would recommend this spa to everyone.

I was there recently with a few Friend and I must say that I am disappointed with my selection of masseur. He looked entirely different from his pic. The massage skill is not great. What irked me more is that he kept asking for a 10/10 grading so that he can get extra incentive. My Friend on the other hand, enjoyed a good session with his masseur.

This is really a well run shop - I just dropped in the first time and had a massage with Jazz and then booked with Karl a second time, both great - I like how you confirm the prices up front - and their skill seems to be great- they were also clearly all having a good time today, with someone in a santa costume and presents under the tree - great place.

The mobile reservation system didn't work for me , so I had to book via Line. Other than that, everything went without a hitch. Had a great time chatting with Tree in Mandarin, and I think he is confident with some simple English phrases. His massage was good and he was very thoughtful as most of Royal's masseurs. E.g making sure the shower was warm. Had a good hug when we were done.

on OCT 28 16 I was lucky to to have AKIRA to work on my body SINCE he always fully booked. He has very good massage skill with nice touches & mandom attitude & understand what I need .Finally , i was told to give score to him & if 200 is full score, I have no doubt to offer. I must call him agian next time.

I went to Royal Spa again before my flight. Karl was greeting me at the door. He was just a lovely guy. Well taking care his customer. This time we had lots of conversations covering all kinds of subjects. We were having a good time together for the 2 hours session.

I was lucky today to have Karl to work on my body. He has very good massage skill with nice sensual touches. The Chinese massage last about an hour and oil massage for another hour. The massage room was nicely decorated with a smooth music background. The 2 hours flew quickly away. Then we have shower together to end the section. I definitely will call for him again....her

I came here a few years back, it was my first gay spa in Taiwan. Being a foreign resident with no local phone #, I was able to make an appointment with Colin via LINE and the Internet fairly easily. The receptionist promptly checked me in when I came in for my appointment. The place is nicely decorated and appears fairly clean. Colin showed up a few minutes later and guided me to the massage room. The massage was excellent and Colin was obviously great at what he does. I would definitely go again.

Service from reception to massage and everything in between until you step out of the spa are beyond expectation. Everyone is warm and friendly, especially the manager (forgot his name) and my masseur, Walker - such a charming gentleman who knows exactly what he's doing. He is very conversant, gentle (yet strong on point), and his delivery of service has an elevated sense of personalized effect. Rates are on the premium side, but the experience deserves such a description as well: premium. I'm coming back when the chance arises. Walker will be my same choice. As for the facilities, I think it is one of the most beautiful spas I've been to.

Went to The Royal Spa while I visited Taipei last 2 weeks. The place was clean and private, easy to find from Ximen MRT station. I booked for Kris. He was a tall handsome guy. It's great experience. Will come back again.

Amazing massage by Albert. He was very friendly and pleasant, excellent hands, and if course very cute. The facilities were great and comfortable, love the products used and had a very great time.

Spend a wonderful three hours at the Royal Spa on a trip to Taipei. Booked the B2 package with Auden. He was strong and friendly and chatty. He was also very happy to please and took genuine interest in making sure I was relaxed. His technique is great and he took time to make sure I was well looked after. Next time you are in Taipei book Auden!

I was told by my friend -The Royal Spa was one of the best so I went there last week. It was HANK whom recommended by the Receptionist. Very nice masseur and professional work. In essence, he can make me relax.Due to 1st time to go there, the feeling is afraid.After 20 mins warm up with Hank, it become comfortable & must come again later

I booked at short notice and Hank was my first choice. I never regretted that choice! He was fantastic and i had the best massage of my life. He was so nice, sweet and good looking. March 5, 2016. I walked in to make a reservation, as I misplaced my mobile phone. The manager was very helpful, listened to my concerns, and was very patient in explaining the system, as it was my first time to the Spa. I had the intention to ask for Tsuna, and the manager swiftly confirmed my reservation for 1pm to 3pm, after explaining about the other staff members. Tsuna (Xiao Kai) came in after five minutes, took my bag for me, and proceeded to the room on the 3rd floor. As I speak Mandarin, we hit off well from the beginning. As I usually prefer my massage to be a little more forceful, I told Tsuna about my requests, and he was very accommodating. Time really flies when you are enjoying yourself! The two hours flew, as Tsuna carefully worked my back and neck, and also my aching legs. We also chatted about our lives and even about the types of dudes we like! ^-^ His smile is electrifying and he has two of the most beautiful eyes I have ever seen! He is honestly a sweetheart! The Spa is very well-run, and they don't rush you around or take extremely long breaks, unlike a couple I had used. Will return for Tsuna again!　感謝!

This was my second time to this place before I am leaving Taipei. This time I was lucky to have Hank. The prior reviews were true. This was the best massage that I ever had. He was making the whole time so enjoyable and relaxing. I did request to have more oil massage than Chinese massage this time. I walked away with a happy face and I definately will come back for him.

I went there last night and had a massage with Walker. He is cute with a slim body. I took the 2 hours course with chinese massage to begin and oil massage to end. I did not really enjoy the chinese massage. If the oil part is longer, then the whole thing would be perfect. He asked me to give him a better score at the end and i did scored him the highest scorse that he deserved. I definately will go back again.

I had the the opportunity to ring in 2016 while visiting Taipei. I visited The Royal SPA. Prior to arriving, I easily used their webpage and selected Karl as my masseur. There is no question, I do not regret that selection. Karl is very nice and very cute. The facilities were in great good shape and the staff was helpful. It was a great way to ring in the new year!

Made an appointment with dada and could not have been more pleased. I would say that yes he doesn't have abs like his picture but he is still cute and beautiful as well as goofy, friendly and talkative. Gave me an amazing massage, and ended with me very satisfied. His pressure is very strong which was great and he checked with me to make sure it was okay a couple times. The place SAS nice comfortable clean and easy to find as well. Overall fantastic experience.

I posted a review this week....saying that I appreciated the massage by Sam. This was true....but I discussed a lot with other guys on the net and finally it appeared to me that I had a regular/conventional/non enthusiastic massage. No special feelings, no particular attention, nothing that I headed about. So I am feeling that I was a little bit abused and treated as not one should has been expecting from such a royal service. So I am really reconsidering my evaluation now.

Based on the positive reviews from fellow reviewers, I had high expectations of the spa. From the absolutely stunning pics of the masseurs on their website, I looked forward to the visit with much anticipation. Since Dada's pic was gorgeous with his well defined abs, I made a booking via Line. Upon arrival, I was disappointed that Dada is probably 5 years older, what we would term as a bear. As the massage started, his skill was exceptional, putting me at ease. When I probed, he said the company trains them. As I speak Mandarin, I could enjoy a conversation with him, as Dada is humorous and entertains with anecdotes. For instance, he mentioned that people his generation learnt English only in secondary school through basic drills. Hence, when his boss asked a customer 'how do you do?' and the customer said something unintelligible, his boss said 'i'm fine too, thank you.' causing much laughter between Dada and his colleagues. The 90 min massage ended too quickly :) While bidding farewell, I tipped him $500 due to the delightful time I had and the attention he paid to me

I've tried gay massages in Bali, Phuket, Hong Kong, etc. and this experience far exceeds any from those cities. Very professional, exceptionally overall experience. It all starts with the booking process, their user friendly website, continuing on with the welcoming into the their shop and the actual massage therapy through to obtaining feedback of your experience. Truly an exceptional experience. Will definitely go back when opportunity presents itself.

During my second visit, I tried Walker. Such a sweet guy, his skills were good, he was very accommodating and talked to me from time to time. I felt like I had the chance to know him a little but more by the end of the massage.

As you can tell from my title, I went to Royal Spa and had Jazz as my masseuse. From the moment I walked in until the time I left, the experience at Royal Spa was amazing. Jazz is the guy who worked with me and I picked him based on past reviews. I'm very happy with my decision. It was the best 2.5 hours in a long time. He was professional with great skills and always asked if I was ok, if the room was too cold, etc. I cannot recommend him enough. If you're looking for a sure bet, a great massage and to end your visit extremely satisfied, go with Jazz at Royal Spa.

It does not come as a surprise to me that the Royal Spa has grabbed the 4-star Audience Award for the second year in a row now. It is by far the most professionally managed spa in Taipei and if you are a tourist here and want to pamper yourself, this is the first address to go to! There are numerous "gay spas" in Taipei, but almost all of them operate in residential buildings with no sign outside, you need to make an appointment well in advance as they have no staff waiting on premises, you have to meet with somebody from the spa to pick you up from a convenience store, MRT station etc. because they keep their address unclear. A spa operated like that cannot provide consistent service quality and in my opinion what is it worth saving a few hundred Taiwan Dollars if you are not fully satisfied with the service? I have had massages by Jun (now Jimmy) and Jazz and can recommend both of them. Their website gives you an interactive overviews about their masseurs and their availability. Go and pamper yourself!

I had massage my their masseur Jazz tonight. His technique is very mature and his personality is very kindly. I will recommend him to my friends whom want to go there.

Their service is very personalizing, I had best experience there. I like they have convenient way to make reservation, I use Line app to connect them and I can just complete my booking on it.
