There is an upstairs bar and a downstairs bar/club that opens later. I went to the upstairs bar a few times. There was hardly anyone ever there. The bartenders were ok but not interested in having a conversation. The downstairs bar/club looked like maybe it had been remodeled recently. Like the upstairs, there was never many people there, and again, the bartenders were not talkative. Overall, the club itself was cool looking but a little seedy.

Had the pleasure of visiting this venue recently. Went in early afternoon and later to the club downstairs. Excellent service both places. I will return again soon.Lukas is good barman upstairs.

I visited the UP and DOWN several times last month. Always a warm welcome by the staff. Cosy place, I know the venue already for about 15 years so good to see that Rebecca and Robert have continued the good atmosphere.

Have been there two years in a row. Staff is nice. Boys aren't overly aggressive. I never had a bad night there.

If you want a nice boy you dont go to Up&Down. The very few boys who visit the place looks terrible, like they are sleeping under a brigde or something. And the staff dont know anything about working in a bar. Totally hopeless.

Used to go here every year when it was Pinocchio's and Club Temple. The guys (now young men 23-30) are not interested in "business" anymore, even though they are in this place to make money. The management is usually absent, and the bartender is taking cigarette breaks outside every 5 minutes. With the right manager teaching the "boys" and bartender how to act, this could be a great place.

When I first went inside I was met by Robert one of the co-owners and at the time he was bar tending. He spoke very good English and made me feel welcome. He spoke with me as he had time and I felt very comfortable in the Down bar. I went there a few different nights and was always treated well. I would recommend this bar to anyone looking for a good drink and fine company.

Not really in city center, close to main train station. Good service and nice company to talk to. I will be visiting Prague Pride and go there again.
