Total scam of a business. Reception desk employee is rude, foremost. They use bait and switch tactics to lure tourists (I.e. prices are advertised one thing and you suddenly get charged 600,000 VND or more). Massage is average with young kids who are preoccupied with playing on their phones/laughing etc. during the service. Booked 90-minutes and they finished within an hour. They advertise taking credit cards. However, when I went to pay with my card they said it “does not work.” Gave them three cards that I KNOW for a fact work and was then told to “go to ATM.” So, they purposely rig the machine to show an error message and say it’s not working so that you have to give them cash! Went to purchase candles at store close to my hotel asnd my card was working just fine and no fraud alerts from my bank, so DEFINITELY a cash scam! If I wasn’t in a foreign country and afraid of VN police, I would’ve definitely showed out. But, I’m hoping that leaving this review will help some tourists steer clear of this place because it makes Hanoi look bad, which is horrible because I love this city.

Don’t leave valuables in the locker. I had phone and money and card stolen

My go-to spa of choice every time I am in Hanoi. Friendly welcoming staff, and a range of boys to suit every taste. Excellent massage, warm milk bath, hot stones treatments. Building a little run-down and in a dark street but positives FAR outweigh the negatives. I will always go back....
