Having gone to Aroma Men Spa & Facial during my recent trip to KL, I can say that it was a best massage experience that I had. I went there much far late then it was scheduled as the taxi was caught by a heavy traffic congestion. However, the masseur made me really relieved. I have never had a massage therapist listen to me more intently than the guy named Jordan there. He is professional, respectful and attentive. Jordan has a great awareness of the body and really understands how to promote healing within it. He is a most grounded massage therapist I have ever encountered with his gentle yet firm touch and very tuned in with the person he is working on. I truly appreciate Jordan’s massage skill with his right techniques and pressure that aided muscles and joints’ aches to meet my needs while still making the massage a serene and relaxing experience. Thanking you for the excellent massage; your hands are connecting rods to the universe.

I paid for a 90-min massage, but the massage was cut short by 20-30 mins. When I pointed to the clock and mentioned the time, the masseur lied to me that the click was broken. I complained to the front desk, he only said sorry.The massage was ok, but don't get ripped off by the time.

Towels are soiled and very used. Air-con is freezing and the masseur didn’t seem to care much. Massage was slightly below average. And similar to what others have said, you could hear quite a bit of noise from the washroom, other cubicles and guests.

I went back to Aroma after about 7 months and had the 90-minute aroma massage for RM 100 (payable in advance). The masseur, Ben, wasn't that friendly or personable, but he did an admirable job in all aspects. The drawbacks, which I noted before, are that the place is uncomfortably cool and that there is very little privacy -- one can hear everything that's going on in the other cubicles, including coughing, sneezing, blowing noses, talking, and other sounds. Also, the same instrumental music is on infinite loop, which gets a little tiresome.

I chose Ben today for my massage. Package is body jacuzi spa + massage. Yes indeed his skill was beyond my expectation and I was satisfied with him. Very quiet person but acceptable. I was bit shy when he was so quiet but that was not the issue. I will choose him again if I have a muscle pain and need for massage as his skill meets my expectation. I went home fresh and happy. Went for a 60 mins 'aroma therapy' but left after 30 mins. Place looks inviting and staff is Vietnamese. Taste is personal but no choice for staff. My masseur took me to locker and requested to strip naked - no towel or bathrobe while other visitors could see me. Room was ok, but curtain felt not so private. First 15 minutes only stretching, Thai style no oil. He poured oil over my body directly from bottle, not so glamorous. His strokes were rushed and chaotic, very hard to relax. Arms and hands without oil. I wasn't enjoying at all and left.

The name has been changed to "Aroma." I was generally satisfied with the service and atmosphere here. The place is clean with pleasant music, scents, and lighting, and the massage table was comfortable. The only drawbacks were a) one can hear what is going on in the nearby massage cubicles and b) the masseur that I had kept asking for extra monetary amounts for specific extra services. But he was handsome, talented and willing to please. I spent RM 100 for a 90-minute massage and RM 200 for tips to the masseur. The location is fairly convenient and safe, only about 2 blocks from the Scotts Garden Mall out on Old Klang Road.
