Agree. What more can I say there was a time when I went and there are only 5 customers. In the website shows it closes at 2200 hours. At 8pm is already empty. I once stayed until 8pm and at around 8.05pm one customer walked in but was told by the counter staff that there is nobody hence they are in the mid of closing.

Just ok
I was in KL for 3 days, coming from Europe and staying in a hotel on Bukit Bintang. This place is smack in the middle of the very busy Golden Triangle. It’s a small place. Ground floor: reception area and lockers. 1st floor: showers, walk-through steam room, sauna and empty gym. 2nd floor: private cabins.. I went on a Wednesday around 4pm. Not many people. In the steam room, there was a young slim Malaysian playing with a chubby Chinese. I joined. Then took a shower and went downstairs where I met a tall beefy mid 20’s local guy, with whom I had fun with in a private cabin. I was very happy.

Very disappointing
For the exorbitant entry fee (RM35.00) they could at least provide decent towels instead of the cut down the middle half towels provided. AND the guy on the front desk needs serious training on customer relations or a personality transplant.

Rude/unfriendly counter staff
Good points - convenient location, foreigners. Bad points - the Chinese guy in charge is rude and unfriendly
Some lights on 1st and 2nd floors are not working and they don’t bother to replace. There’s no HOT WATER nowadays and the Japanese curtain hanging in the corridor is so smelly - after complaining no action was taken.

I've had a few bad experiences here. No refund from reception despite only having arrived 20 minutes earlier.
I gave the ace another go last week. Only one other guy there despite reception saying place was busy. Never again.

Seriously its not worthy with what you pay. 35 at entrance for a small space and almost nobody there. Time to let the owner know that this place need a major renovation or they need to lower the fees.

The place is too small..
Even the corridors are too narrow, you definitely wouldn't want to walk facing to the type of people you don't like at all...quite awkward...and you would get not place to go...access to each spot only take 3-5 sec..you can imagine how small it is...

Bad reception
It was my first time there. When I walked in, saw the reception watching a video on his phone without noticing that there is customer standing right in front of him. When he realiazed, rudely asked for RM35.00 with no instruction or information was given. Simply asked me to go in you see everything there and continued with his movie!

Cool place
Nicely done up. Clean. Mixed crowd of locals and foreigners. a few private cabins on top floor. which is great. Very convenient location near Grand Millenium hotel and Pavilion. I had good fun.

Interesting place
An interesting place with a good mix of gays and straights. Whether you can sing or not, it really doesn't matter as everyone just want to have a good time. The clients and staff of ebar are generally friendly and it is quite easy to make new friends over drinks. Even if you go there alone, you will not feel awkward.

Meaningful event
Attended Pink Dot for 2 consecutive years. Very meaningful event for showing support for freedom to love and to rally for an all-inclusive Singapore. Every year, the number of participants just keeps growing! Soon I guess it will be a problem to house all the participants in Hong Lim Park.

Cheap drinks, nice ambience
Funky Club is one of the oldest gay clubs in Taipei. Drinks are relatively cheap, perhaps it is catered to the younger Taiwanese crowd. One interesting thing about Funky Club is that at the stroke of 12, the DJ will play old Taiwanese songs and the boys will dance to that in their traditional moves. Fun!

Go elsewhere
I went there Saturday around 8pm and there was a handful of customers (mix of 30s to 50s Malay, Chinese and a foreigner) so not a wide selection. The staff are disinterested and like to giggle to themselves.
Good stuff:
Strong wet and dry saunas
Private rooms
Convenient location near major shopping mall and LRT station
Bad stuff:
Lame gym with couple of benches, dumbbells, dip rack and treadmill. Such a large space wasted.
No darkroom
Needs benches in private cabins area to encourage men to stay there instead of watching TV on main floor

Great location
Piccolo Hotel is centrally-located at Bintang Walk. Very close proximity to the shopping belt and restaurants. Rooms are spacious and clean. Staff is friendly and helpful, however the check-in process is abit too long.

Not worth going
The management only interested in your money without maintaining the facility. After the Grandfather being the reception, bad massage service with 45 minutes duration, dirty and smelly, towel scattered all around, staircase without light and slippery, drinking vending machines out of order, fungus all around the shower area. Less crowd except some uncles unless you into them, otherwise stay away and look for other better saunas. Not worth of going!!!

Not worth a visit
Expensive entry fees coupled with rundown facilities. Not recommended unless u have fantasies over foreigners.
Nevertheless, this place has quite a number of handsome customers.

Good value for the venue
Adam's is a discreet place where sensual m2m massage can be got for a good price and with good masseurs.
With low pricing comes a few things like the fact that the amenities aren't great but basic. Music is a little loud Balinese legong.
Staff are very friendly and genuine and the massages is good with the right amount of titillation. The location is just outside the main beach area. I recommend it for those seeking a couple hours of low key massage but not for those looking for a "pure" massage session.

The place was good before. Lately seem to be in charged by an old grandfather. The quality decline a lot. The grand father looking guy seem not bother much of taking care the place. The masseur is lousy. Bad Service! Save your money!

非常靠近柏威年购物广场。离bukit bintang地铁站也很近。
设施相对简单，马币35元每人。价格稍高。
毛巾感觉不干净，
非常简单，仅有干蒸和湿蒸。淋浴。
人群有当地人居多。没有暗房。

Lacking Maintenance
Look like the management dont bother to keep a good maintenance of this sauna. The steam door faulty allowing steam to gets out from the room. The door dont shut close. The shower head splash out water to wall instead down to your body. U need adjust your body to get water on your body while shower. The glass holder between three cubics is no longer intact. BEWARE GUYS! the glass partion may fall on you while you showering!
Please be extra careful when u here! A risky sauna with low maintenance!

Nice cosy bar
The manager/boss of Bar Friends is very friendly and can speak good English. During my last visit, I saw quite a number of foreigners and those who came alone, the staff would try to make small talk with them to make them feel welcomed. Drink are reasonably-priced.

Its seem the receptionist do not give clear instruction on the massage session. Who whom what time and so on. The masseur too push one to another. Bad massage service. No value for money paid.

BAD SERVICE!!!!!
It seem the uncle has got no control over the masseur. I booked massage but when went to the masseur, its seem they were pushing around one to another to work. Took them 2 to 3 minutes to decide and finally one masseur voluntarily offered himself. Bad service unprofessional and its not the customer to pick the masseur but the masseur to choose customer!!!!
The reception was lousy too. No control over the masseurs. I strictly not recommending DAY THERMOS if you like to have massage. Sempurna Avenue in Cheras is much better beside Opss in Kampung Pandan.

Good place to relax and enjoy
I generally visit two or three times on my visits to KL and have always had a good time. Whilst facilities are limited, they are clean and everyone is always friendly. I have never left without having fun and looking forward to my next visit.

Small, clean & Friendly. I went there 3 times during my 1 week stay in KL. It was situated right behind my hotel. Mixed crowd of malay and chinese and some indians. Action takes place in the steam room and can be continued to the private rooms upstairs. My most memorable encounter (all where very good) was with a malay and a local chinese. Started in the steamroom, continued upstairs and ended in my hotelroom.

Receptionist bad attitude specialists guys little English cannot speak malay and bad attitude. Also the massage service bad bad bad don't know how to massage, do not know how to give service no English, no melay, no Chinese just bad attitude.

Very good massage
Just had a great massage here. The place is very nicely decorated and the facilities were clean and well maintained. The massage itself was of a very high standards. I will go there again on my next visit to Singapore.

Good Place Good Services Good measures
I went there last week ago in order to message and use sauna. It is 3 floors. The entrance price is RM 35 and massage price is RM 50 but the package is very cheap. It is only RM60 but it has to pay together before you enter the shop. It includes sauna, steam, gym and massage one hour in the package. So I took the package. The masseur is still new and but I felt that he is quite experience, patient, kindness and made me fall in sleep. After that I looked around the place is very clean and many people were using steam. I also prefer to use the steam. So I decided to come again next time. Thanks a lot for your services and I recommend that place . :)

Not told it was closing
I went in last week about 8pm. The staff start clean up the floor at 830pm. It's very obvious they going to close soon. If they want to close earlier they should inform the customer when they go in. I feel like I been cheated and I feel like they chase me out after I went in half and hour. Its really disaster place. I never go again.

Thermos is a Fun place
Had a great time at Thermos. It was very clean. New facilities, good shower, nice dark steam room. Had a lot of time on our visits. All sort of guys, Malays, tourists, lots of good looking guys. No attitude and lots of action. Would highly recommend it.

A good true sauna
Was there..the crowd was good and behaving good. Nice clean n simply relaxing.The massage was bad. Need improvement. Not worth the penny. Oppsss massage is much more better. Maybe the management staff is not there to supervise. Should improve the massage standard!!!

Hey LEON, agreed with u... I had the same experience with you as the masseur was yawning while massaging and he even FB!
Btw, I do like Day Thermos. I like the gym facilities, pretty good n clean. The rest is good only the masseur is the problem - maker here!

Lousy Masseur ! Never take the massage there!!!
Once it was the best massage was worth of the penny you pay. Now, its the worst massage ! The guys there are simply soft and unskilled and yawning while massaging. I suggest the management to review the masseur and change to a better one.

Great massage
I was in Singapore for a week and visited Shuang Spa three times after opting for the 'Assista' option for 90 mins. This included a scrub, shower and massage. The massage therapist named Bovie was very very good which is probably why I returned another two times and had the same treatment. Too bad I don't visit Singapore that often.

Bad bad bad manners the front counter guy very rude. My job is a tour guide bring a lot customer from oversea. Last week Friday 06.03 with my English customer the first impression was absolutely rude. I really hope the manager takes action or the business will go downhill. Not even say thank you when leaving and give you a dirty look. We come here to enjoy services and the atmosphere. Very disappointed. Never never never go back again.

A Nightmare for a Sauna
The facilities are not clean. In the private rooms, you can find a lot of used condoms and paper and the staff are not polite and prying. "It is your first time in such facility?" ... it is important? No! Crowded with a lot of cute Chinese guys, but not interested on Westerners.

Nice clean sauna
Despite previous negative posts, I found this sauna to be quite nice. Perhaps it's new and improved since it remodeled. Not many use the gym - perhaps would have been best to keep this area as a dark maze. Most of the action takes place either in the sauna or in the showers. There are three showers with curtains on them, the rest are open area. The sauna is some what small, and there is a small room for 4 - 6 people where action is had. A good mixed crowd. Had a great time with plenty of action.

Club bath raided several times by police, be extra careful.
The establishment is very strict before you enter and required government issued IDs such as passport, SSS /GSIS etc. No person above 60 years old (senior citizens) are allowed.
However, when police raided the place, all patrons were exposed of their true identities.
People caught during each raid experienced traumas. Customers and patrons were given mug shots at police station (their photos were taken) and hands fingerprinted like common criminals!
Also, bisexuals, and foreigners were subjected to blackmails after each raid. My friends had to pay bribe money to prevent police from revealing their sexual status to family members, friends and office-mates, and of course revealing their names on TV and print media ! Hence, the risks are quite high if ever there is a police raid.

Day Thermos closed
This sauna already closed for gay customers and now it operates a different concept. No point going.
