Going to these baths has been a new and very rewarding experience. The place at first seems very discreet and respectful but as you spend time people start to look at you and play in a subtle and respectful way. It is the most well-known bathhouse due to its location. Yes, it is comfortable inside, but unfortunately it is very old and needs to be cleaned and maintained. A friend of mine says he got a fungus.

Lots of action (groping mostly, some making out, nothing too hardcore) in these small rooms as well as nearby showers. Next my friend signed me up for a scrub and bubble massage. All done on a marble slab with a guy in a peshtamel smoking a cigarette. Was a great experience. After he offered an “erotic” massage but wasn't interested. When you are done you sit in the main room and the attendants dry you off. I think it cost 200 lira to get in and the scrub/massage was like another 80? Very inexpensive. Guys were all over the place in age and body type, mix of locals and tourists. I think you need to meet someone and take it elsewhere unless you just want to play with someone. Was told sex in the rooms was frowned upon. It was a real experience, and would definitely go back. If cigarette smoke or an environment that may not be the most sanitary (scrub pad is reused I’m sure - are peshtemals laundered or just dried between uses?) then this may not be the place for you. I found it to be authentic and was great fun. Luckily I had a friend who spoke Turkish but got the sense that it’s easy enough if you don't.
