Tahiri Galatasaray Hamam is a historical Turkish bath originally built in 1841. It was originally a men-only venue but now has a section for female clients.

The hamam features classic Turkish interiors with marble, gorgeous tilework and more. There are some semi-private rooms and massage services available.

Cağaoğlu Hammam is a 300-year-old Turkish bath, with an area of about 2,800 m², and is considered the last hammam to be built in the Ottoman Empire.

The hammam offers different services including Turkish massage, exfoliation, complete bath service and deluxe Oriental service. Female attendants serve female guests and male attendants serve male guests.

Cağaoğlu Hammam has been visited by many celebrities and prominent personalities over the years and you can see a gallery of them as you enter the place. The interiors feature classic Turkish design and is as opulent as the hammam's history.

Male Turkish bath, featuring a dry sauna, 10-man jacuzzi, gym with basic equipment, heated pool, massage service, private cabins with beds, shower room.

There's a café bar serving coffee, tea, beer, soft drinks and snacks. Open 24 hours and centrally located - just off Istiklal Avenue in Taksim, on an alley opposite Aga Mosque.

Firuzaga Bath is a small, historical and popular bathhouse in Beyoglu.

The hammam attracts men of all ages, with massage services and private cabins available. Apart from a Turkish bath, Firuzaga has a dry and wet sauna, too. It gets busy in the early evening, especially on the evenings, with a mix of both local Turkish men and foreigners.

Bath Yesildirek is a popular public hammam, located close to the Eastern end of the Ataturk Bridge.

The staff offers an authentic Turkish bath experience, with facilities including three bathing rooms, a dry sauna and a number of semi-private spaces, spa service (scrub), and massage services. 

Cihangir Sauna is a gay-friendly hammam and bathhouse in Istanbul near the main Taksim area. The staff are friendly and gives great massage and body scrubs. The sauna also has darkrooms. 

Taksim Flash Gym, spread across 500 m² of floor space, has enough equipment to get your workout done for the day, including cardiovascular machines and free weights.

Conveniently located on Istiklal Ave (near Galatasaray Square) on the 4th floor of a historic shopping mall building, Aznavur Passage. Closed on Sundays.

One of the more modern, professional gyms and spas in Istanbul, The Marmara Gym belongs to The Marmara Taksim hotel. Non-hotel guests and visitors can sign up for membership with flexible options.

The gym features state-of-the-art equipment and free weights. There is a large outdoor swimming pool with sun loungers, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi. Massage service are offered.

Group classes such as Pilates, Total Body, Crunch and Power Yoga are available.
