Exclusively male gym & sauna on two floors, aptly named after the Malay word for 'muscle'. Facilities include a good-sized gym with free weights & cardio machines, large jacuzzi, steam room, showers, lounge area.
OTOT2 gym offers group classes - yoga, aerobics, etc. The café serves light refreshments. Attracts men of various ages, both locals and visitors. Membership is required, but you can join on your first visit.
The nearest taxi landmark is the Sani Hotel (formerly Grand Central) Jalan Putra, near the KFC Jalan Raja Laut. OTOT2 is in the last building at the end of the lane. Look for their mailbox.

A fun place!
I visited Otot last Sep 2022, and it was fully open except for the sauna room!
Most of the fun starts at the steam room where guys tend to go in and out till they get a match! And when you get along with someone, you can go to a dark room!
Overall it was a nice experience. All types of guys go there, so good luck!

It will be opened back after the RMCO is over, I had confirmed - as for now RMCO has been extended until the 31st Dec 2021-no need to further comment and asked, when ? when ? when is it opening? The answer to all the questions is as long as there is restriction or RMCO, as long as that it shall be closed. THAT'S IT.

Great place to find young guys
As the most famous gay sauna in KL, you can find mostly young guys here. Lots of good-looking Malaysian guys and Phillipinos during weekend. This is the best gay sauna in Malaysia. Dark rooms are available. The toilets are used as private rooms, so you have enough light to see your partner's body.

Read many good reviews here about OTOT2 as I wasn't really sure about this place. I went on a Monday ( maybe not a good day to go) from 6pm-9pm, not easy to find place but finally went inside. Reception was an old man - friendly and explained well: $10 entrance fee, no condoms and lube, no free water. Sauna and gym not too bad - old but can workout. Music from 7-30pm. Steam room was nothing special and a bit smelly. No young guys - just 10-12 people, mostly old men. Ok to get some exercise but I guess not for fun.

Really in love with the design of this hotel. The simple use of wood, rock and cement really give a clean and elegant feel to the architecture. I found a great deal from this site and got to spend a week there. Even though it is not on the beach, the shuttle service makes it really easy to get there.

Not so much a gay place, but Ku De Ta has a good amount of gay clientele. The place is so stunning and situated on a nice, long, quiet beach. Really worth a trip there and spending an evening of 5-star experience. Dress up a little bit as everyone else does.

Kinda good place
Not hard to find, but you can take a Grab car if you want to visit OTOT2. I suggest they place a signage and have designated area for smokers. Though mixed crowd, visitors must know what kind of place it is. Thank you for your assistance. Hope when I come back, there's a designated area for smokers.

Nice place but with some nuts
Place is nice. Love the open air and its ambiance. Lots of cute guys every time I visit. However, there are many regular visitors there who won't leave you alone. Every time when you found someone they would come and touch both of you and try to join. Unless you go to the toilet, they wouldn't let you go, no matter how you rejected them. A few weeks back, there were a few young Malay dudes who kept harassing people in the dark room. They kept asking us to stop playing and repeatedly saying there will be HIV and STD. Then they will run away and come back later. It was very dark, so it's impossible to tell who they were. They just grabbed you then disappeared. and I could tell they had fun doing that. It was so annoying and so pathetic. I like the place but I am not sure if I should go again.

Otot2 is not my type of place unless you fancy beefy men. I mean beefcake. Reel big juicy and big tummy lol. (Is like a battle of who the bigger tummy). Mostly foreigner tourist or visitor working in KL. Indian, Arabic, France, Pakistan and a bit of local Malay uncle. I do like the interior very spacious and nice touch of art decor. Was my first time though.

Great spot
Clean and comfortable facilities, one of the best places in KL. Nice outdoor area and well maintained. Only other good place to cruise and have fun of a similar/better standard is Hilton KL Sentral. Always nice, clean and good crowd with day pass available for spa and gym.

Great Clean Place But Not Crowded
The sauna is surely one of the nicest and cleanest in town. The staff are friendly and there are multiple corners to chill, thus making a truly remarkable place to relax and unwind. However, no hunks or good looking people were spotted during both of my visits. I am beginning to question the veracity of some of the previous reviews. If you are just looking for a man to fulfil your lust and do not care how he looks like, you will have a BLAST here. I came in feeling super Horny after watching the hot guys vids on Tumblr. Upon my arrival, I was painfully reminded that REALITY just sucks. in spite of all that, the place is still a very clean, safe and spacious space for relaxing :)

My first visit on Sunday, June 17, 2018 after 8:30 p.m.
I like this establishment. It is clean, spacious, classy and comfortable. I like the open concept of the first floor. Areas are well defined and easily accessible. Nice gym and dance/exercise studio, spacious locker area and a discreetly located AV room.
The second floor(rooftop) has an open-air jacuzzi and hot pool. Since they are integrated with the shower and lounge areas, most of the areas here are not air-conditioned. Therefore, lots of fresh air(thumbs up). There are many corners/areas to explore and also spaces and a cafe to rest and socialise. However, there are no private rooms but the toilets are spacious.
A good number of patrons (about 50 to 60), both local (majority) and international. They are of mix ethnicity with the age range from 20 to 50.
Generally, the staff were courteous and mindful. The personnel at the reception was friendly. Since it was my first visit, he assisted with the entrance requirements and briefed me on the facilities.

I just come last night. I meet a few nice people that u will never know they gay. The place is clean and the visitor are cute! Plus, the workers are really good people. The place are really hard to locate if you never come. So, call the reception and they will guide you.

Go on a Friday night
Having been on the wed, Friday and Saturday in the last week of November 2017, I believe the best time to go is Friday nights 7-9pm. A lot of decent looking and relatively fit. Age wise 20-35s and probably around 40-50 guys at its peak. More Malays with some Chinese. The lack of rooms limits activities.

Nice place but rude staff
The place is good for fun and relaxing. I hate to say this; one member of staff at otot-otot is very rude. I wonder why the management keeping him despite too complaint about him? Other than that, no issue ...highly recommend to anyone to explore this place.. nice place- love it.

Just as good
Came here wed 22 Nov 2017 at 5pm until 10:20pm. It started with about 5 guys all of whom were occupied with using the gym but it got progressively busier getting up to about 30 guys around 8-9pm. Most guys are around 20- 30s. I didn't see many old guys but you had an diverse range of ethnicity. Come 10pm probably died down to about 10 guys. I would come again for the gym but lack of amenities means it's not conducive to having fun with someone.

Don't blame the establishment. You should not care if ladies surround the entrance as long as they let you pass, even if one is the Virgin Mary. I don't remember seeing female staffers, if you do they probably are transvestites or transgender and they are there voluntarily, so why bother? Weekend fee plus registration is less than 11 US dollars, not expensive in international sense. Was there nobody you liked? If there was, you should learn to play with them without fear. What you have to lose?

Extremely Disappointed
I went on Sunday. The location is difficult to find and it was so uncomfortable when I went as the entrance that leads to the staircase to the sauna was surrounded by some ladies.
Although they were mixed crowd. I knocked my head to the walk few times. No private room beside toilets. Wet sauna is small. No spa. Some staffs are female and they walk around do some cleaning jobs. I was so embarrassing in which I was half naked with a towel below. It was too expensive. I was first time so I asked to pay rm10 for registration and rm35 for admission during weekend. RM30 for weekdays. I was end up being played uncomfortably without anyone I was expected. It doesn't make me want to revisit.

The rooftop cafe
The rooftop cafe is not well designed. I suggest that Cruise Club could turn it become something like a lounge and the lighting should be dim. Guys can chat and have some drink in the lounge with a romantic dim light there. It would be very welcome.

Hidden away on the same side of the street as Tune Hotel. Not in the most happening of neighborhoods but close enough if you're staying in KLCC or Bukit Bintang.
Membership fee for first timers but getting in is easy afterwards. Didn't use the gym facilities but there's a theatre-style room that wasn't showing porn with chairs and a platform in the back. Upstairs is an open roof area with refreshment area, wet sauna, showers and two dark rooms.
I went after 9 on a Sunday and there were about 20 men around. Mostly clean except for some of the floors which can be sticky.

Great disappointment
Reading all the positive feedback I went there with high expectation - and it resulted in great disappointment. This place is gross. I wonder those who left such encouraging comments had ever been to other saunas in Asia like Aniki in Taipei or Cruise in Singapore. This place is in no way comparable.

not bad for a first-timer
I was there last night arrived at almost 9pm. Less than 20 guys but still saw 3-4 good-looking/cute prospects. witnessed 2 sessions, one at the wet sauna, the other one at one of the dark rooms.
Facilities are cleaner and better than mandi manda. More "places" to make fun. More toilets/shower rooms.
The receptionist is also very nice though the place is hard to find. I will definitely come back.

Worth the visit.
Visited this place on 22-Nov and was amazed by the decor and cleanliness. The building outside looks quite bad actually. The staircase entrance is next to SKH Karaoke. It's a huge place and many corners to roam around. Majority are local bears, mostly friendly. Gym was also sufficient enough for a quick workout, but it's under utilize. Most ppl head directly to the steam or go hunting around. Reception guy was very nice and friendly.

Monday April 14th 2014. I had a fantastic massage and body scrub at Adams Apple. Very relaxing massage+ given by therapist Aroio! Very nice and clean spa. When I visit Bali again in Octobre I will visit Adams Apple again.

Oh, contrary to review below, i found the receptionist very nice, the 2 tranny manning around the facility also are really nice (although its weird that they would need someone sitting in the locker area all the time. Not really an inconvenience tho, just odd). Gym is huge and well equipped. Interior is gorge, unexpected from the look of the building exterior.

Nov 2015. Despite its name, no muscle guys but only slim or fat in their 30-50's. Furthermore, because of neighbouring problems, the manager discourages to use the gym facilities and heavy weights that may cause unavoidable noise. "Go the your gym to exercise and do not come to this sauna". Those words came directly from him.

Nice, clean and hot guys. This makes me come back to Otot2 everytime I am in KL. The downside, a few of their staff were impolite and unprofessional. Two of them were gossiping and bad-mouthing about clients. Management should take action. Just my feedback to management. thank you :)

A decent sauna
I have been to a few aunas in Singapore and Australia and i find OTOT2 to be the most happening and cleanest place.
Guy in the counter is very rude, but the rest is fun and enjoyable!

Almost 20 years now, I went many times, see at busy Q check in, ppl dun bring member card, foreigner dun want pay to register, stupid ask if police coming, rush in door without paying, try to use fake vouchers! But staff must learn to calm and control :-)

Best sauna
To say it is best, we must compare with other saunas first. I've been to all the saunas but OTOT - OTOT is the cleanest and the best for me event though at beginning chakran is my first choice due to traffic congestion. My favorite is jacuzzi after 8pm. Can see beautiful heart guys but for me only chance is 40%. But I enjoyed it every time I go there.

Hai Roman...
Yesterday and today i went again otot-otot. I arrived there 7 PM. Their business as usual. And I have fun and really enjoy there. Ummmmm....I love otot-otot.

The nearest taxi landmark is the Grand Maria on Jalan Raja Laut. From there, follow Jalan Ipoh Kecil and turn the last right. OTOT2 is in the last building at the end of the lane. Look for OTOT2 letterbox at a staircase next to a karaoke bar. The Star PWTC LRT station, Chow Kit Monorail and KTM Putra commuter train stations are within walking distance.

Otot Spa
Clean and classy spa with beautiful plants and soothing water features. Popular with young and fit crowd, some with too much attitude. Older guys and white foreigners: Please beware of certain Malay and Indian young lads scouting for sugar daddies. Otot has a great jacuzzi pool and a dismal hot pool, which I think should be converted into a second jacuzzi pool to cater to the many bathers who cannot squeeze into the usually crowded jacuzzi pool. Dark rooms are pitch black, so enter with care. The cafe serves food and drinks, so you can actually have a hot meal here. Computers are a bit slow, TV room mainly shows HBO, Fox, and Cinemax movies. The day I went, the water pressure in the showers was rather low, so it took a while to get a satisfactory shower. Staff are mainly transvestites, some who are stationed at the lockers, keep staring at patrons as they undress. Do they have to have staff on duty at the lockers? Otot actually stays open till midnight daily, unlike the other saunas in KL which usually close at 11 pm.
