      Dave's Lesbian Bar has been hosting monthly, block party-style pop-ups with different themes in support of raising mutual aid funds. According to Dave's, they are "a mutual aid center by day and a live music venue + bar by night."

      The proceeds of their events and GoFundMe campaigns also go toward opening a permanent space in Astoria so queers in Queens can have a lesbian bar and a safe space for community gatherings.
